Far East Booking Capacity Remains Constrained

Shipping capacity from the Far East into South Africa remains tight, with many carriers limiting available space despite an increase in the global vessel fleet. Strong export demand from Asia, longer vessel schedules and equipment shortages at some origins are resulting in reduced booking availability and occasional cargo rollovers.

We encourage clients to book shipments as early as possible to secure preferred sailings and minimise potential delays.
